Shipping Details

We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery is a next-day delivery service that delivers on Monday – Friday, excluding local public holidays. MINAZ HQ is closed during weekends. Kindly be informed that orders on Friday will be processed on the next working day.

All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days. The tracking number will be emailed once we have shipped out your order.

If you have not received your order within 3 to 5 working days after you received your tracking number, please get in touch with us through Whatsapp at 012-5911540 or email us at customercare.minaz@gmail.com.

Postage charges

a. Domestic Delivery

J&T EXPRESS. Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

West Malaysia – RM 10 per kg
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 18 per kg

b. International Delivery
